In the first meeting, we like to understand what makes our client unique. We want to understand the business, learn the motivation for speaking with us, gauge affinity for innovation, and get an understanding of the current level of Industry 4.0 implementation.
We then identify our clients' main goals and objectives. Are we starting small with a proof of concept or going big with a comprehensive update? It is also helpful to understand if there are existing project ideas in mind or the focus is exploring the possibilities.
We use the information to pinpoint the best solutions to match the objectives and constraints. We aim for a turnaround within two weeks to keep the momentum rolling and let you focus your time on what matters.
Once approved, we begin work and communicate clearly and regularly throughout. We share estimated timelines and provide updates on any changes. We also expect communication of any scope or resource changes so we can work effectively.
